Where are the Venues?

What do I need to bring?

Plan on bringing easy-to-slip-on/off sandals or flip-flops, a towel* or robe to wear to and from the saunas, and a water bottle to stay hydrated. Bathing suits are required.

*The Hewing Hotel has free towels for use & dedicated changing rooms / showers.

How should I prepare?

Always arrive at the saunas well-hydrated. Your body will be sweating out a lot of toxins so it's important to replenish water and electrolytes. If possible, we recommend waiting until afterwards to eat or have a meal.

What if I get too hot / cold?

We ask that you come prepared for outdoor temperatures. We encourage first-timers to book a guided session. Our guides are experts at managing group sauna sessions and will make sure you are comfortable and getting the most out of your thermaculture experience. Plenty of staff and experienced sauna-goers will be on-hand. If you have any questions or need assistance, just ask!

Open steam or guided participants must be 16+ with an adult in attendance. If you'd like to bring younger children, please consider booking a private sauna experience.
