What to Know
We provide a hosted sauna experience to ensure optimal sauna conditions for all guests.
Wood-fired sauna, solar tent, changing room, & secure storage available.
The Sauna Village is a RUSTIC sauna experience, featuring the highest quality deep radiant heat and few frills beyond that, except for our new smokeless bonfire pits. Be prepared for urban off-the-grid experience, complete with solar lights, portable toilets and the best sauna heat you’ve ever experienced! For those looking for more amenities, please check out our programming at The Hewing Hotel.

Alcohol not permitted on premises. Please arrive fully hydrated to maximize health benefits.
Bathing suits are required at all times, flip-flops and a water bottle are highly recommended, as are 2 towels – 1 for your bench seat, another for drying. And for those of feeling luxurious, a robe is always fun.
Sorry NO REFUNDS: Sauna Village is a tiny village – 4 to 13 seats – and the benches fill up fast. Your reservation is NONREFUNDABLE and dates are nontransferable. You can give or sell them to someone else (we recommend doing so on the Thermaculture Enthusiast Facebook Group). If you register for a spot, please be prepared to use it or lose it.

Hewing Hotel Rooftop & Pool
For over two years Stokeyard Outfitters has been leading a variety of programs at Hewing Hotel’s Rooftop Sauna. From Yoga to Silence, Meditation to Aufguss Steam & Aromatherapy Treatments – every week is a journey into rejuvenation techniques, both ancient and modern. All are welcome to explore.

Mobile Sauna Pod & Tent Rental
Our fleet of wood-fired sauna pods are handmade locally by Custom Mobile Saunas, and our tents are handmade in Wisconsin by SnowTrekker – both are available to rent for parties and events. These state of the art mobile units can be delivered to your location, anywhere in a 100 mile radius. Setup and Guided Sauna Experience packages are also available.
